Core & Retreat Terms & Conditions

The Retreat is provided by Shore and Flow Ltd. Core & Retreat is a trading name of Shore and Flow Ltd. By purchasing a place on any of our retreats, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are intended to ensure clarity, transparency, and a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Eligibility
This retreat is open to females aged 18 and over only. By booking, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Room Allocation
Rooms are allocated upon arrival. Photos of rooms are indicative only, and the room assigned to you may differ from those shown in promotional materials.
If you wish to request to share a room with another guest, this must be submitted immediately upon booking by email to hello@coreandflow.com. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed and will be confirmed within 48 hours of booking.

3. Fitness & Health
By booking, you confirm that you have a suitable level of fitness to participate in the retreat activities. You agree to inform Core & Retreat of any relevant injuries, health conditions, or other issues that we should be aware of prior to arrival.

4. What's Included
The retreat price includes:
- Accommodation
- Retreat activities
- Breakfast and dinner daily

The price does not include:
- Lunch
- Drinks at meals
- Travel (with the exception for optional airport transfers from Newquay Airport) - Any other items unless explicitly stated

5. Travel
Travel to and from the retreat is not included in the package. Airport transfers from Newquay Airport are available and can be arranged upon request.

6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. All participants are strongly advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary provided is indicative and subject to change. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the schedule or content of the retreat where necessary.

8. Weather-Dependent Activities
Some activities may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to weather, a suitable alternative activity will be provided where possible.

9. Participant Responsibility & Risk
All activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Shore and Flow Ltd and any associated parties do not accept any liability for injuries, loss, or damages sustained during activities, except where required by law.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Within 14 days of booking (cooling-off period): 100% refund
- Up to 4 weeks before retreat start date: 50% refund
- Up to 3 weeks before retreat start date: 25% refund
- Less than 3 weeks before retreat start date: No refund
All cancellations must be made in writing to hello@coreandflow.com only. Communication through social media or any other platform will not be accepted as valid notice of cancellation.

11. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness outbreaks, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or other force majeure events, Shore and Flow Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the retreat. In such cases, we will offer to transfer your booking to a future retreat date where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

12. Code of Conduct & Right to Remove a Guest
Shore and Flow Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or negatively impacts the experience of other guests or staff.
The retreat strictly prohibits:

- The use or possession of controlled substances or illegal drugs
- Excessive consumption of alcohol or intoxication
If Shore and Flow Ltd, or any member of staff, determines that a guest is unfit or unsafe to participate in any retreat activities - for any reason - that guest may be excluded or removed from those activities or from the retreat entirely, with no entitlement to a refund.

13. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.

14. Payment Terms
Payment for the retreat can be made:
- In full at the time of booking, or
- By contacting hello@coreandflow.com to request a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% balance due by 5th August.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by this date may result in cancellation of your place and forfeiture of any payments made.
